Blackcleave Goblin fits well in an aggressive infect deck, which aims to quickly deal poison counters to opponents before they can stabilize. Its low cost and haste make it a strong early-game threat, especially in a deck focused on infect synergy. However, there are arguably better options like Glistener Elf or Blight Sickle for early pressure, as they can provide a more consistent infect strategy.
