Arbiter of the Ideal, Creature — sphinx, designed by Johann Bodin first released in May, 2020 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
This card would benefit a control or midrange deck that focuses on utilizing artifacts, creatures, and lands as part of its strategy. While Arbiter of the Ideal can provide value by putting permanents onto the battlefield, its high mana cost and reliance on being untapped may make it less efficient than other options like Teferi, Master of Time or Agent of Treachery in competitive play, but it could still be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual decks.

If an inspired ability triggers during your untap step, the ability will be put on the stack at the beginning of your upkeep. If the ability creates one or more token creatures, those creatures won’t be able to attack that turn (unless they gain haste).
