Submerged Boneyard would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on a blue-black color combination, as it provides access to both blue and black mana. However, there are better dual lands available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Watery Grave, which enters untapped and has the same color identity. Submerged Boneyard may not see play in competitive decks due to its drawback of entering tapped, but it could be used in casual or budget decks where access to both blue and black mana is important.
