A deck focused on +1/+1 counters or other types of counters would benefit from using Nesting Grounds in Magic: the Gathering. While Nesting Grounds offers flexibility in moving counters around, it may not be as efficient as other cards like Arcane Signet or Arcane Denial, which provide more immediate value. Overall, Nesting Grounds could see play in specific counter-focused strategies but may not be a staple in most decks.
