The Crow of Dark Tidings would be a good fit for a Dimir (blue-black) mill deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a flying body that can mill cards upon entering or dying. However, there are better options for this strategy, such as Hedron Crab or Glimpse the Unthinkable, which offer more efficient milling capabilities. While Crow of Dark Tidings could see play in a casual or budget deck, it may not be the most competitive choice for a mill strategy in more competitive settings.
