The next episodes of Quem Ama Cuida will bring a turning point for Adriana, played by Letícia Colin. Wrongly convicted of murdering Arthur Brandão (Antonio Fagundes), she will be acquitted after Pedro (Chay Suede) succeeds in overturning the verdict.

The decision is set for next Wednesday’s episode, on 21. The appellate judges will unanimously grant the request to review her conviction and acquit Adriana of Arthur’s murder. The ruling will lift the restrictions imposed on the physiotherapist following her conviction.

Adriana will celebrate her freedom with her family. But another confrontation will follow: in Thursday’s episode, on 22, she will seek out Pilar Brandão, played by Isabel Teixeira.

Adriana will tell Pilar she must move out of the apartment that belonged to Arthur. Their argument will end with Adriana slapping Pilar hard across the face. The acquittal will do more than free Adriana from the restrictions of her conviction. It will also allow her to demand that Pilar vacate the apartment.

The two episodes will put Adriana in two different disputes connected to Arthur’s death. First, Pedro will secure a review of her conviction, and the judges will rule on the murder charge. Then, free of the restrictions, Adriana will confront Pilar over the apartment.
