Galinha Pintadinha is ready to take a new step in her journey: “Galinha Pintadinha - The Movie” has just released its first official trailer and will bring the character to the big screen in celebration of the brand’s 20th anniversary.

Scheduled to premiere on October 1, the film follows Galinha Pintadinha and her friends in a village where everything seemed to be in harmony. The tranquility, however, is interrupted by a mix-up involving chicks at the maternity ward, changing the fate of two families.

Pregnant with her first child with Galo Carijó, the protagonist must deal with the mistake that separates mothers and chicks immediately after birth. While Pintinho Amarelinho ends up in a distant place full of mysteries, a new chick unexpectedly arrives in the community.

Determined to reunite the families, Galinha Pintadinha sets out on a journey through unknown territories. The adventure is expected to explore themes such as courage, family bonds, and overcoming fears, taking the character beyond her comfort zone.

Created in 2006 by Juliano Prado and Marcos Luporini of Bromelia Produções, Galinha Pintadinha has established itself as one of the major phenomena in Brazilian children’s entertainment. Now, the film offers an unprecedented and playful narrative aimed at children and families.

“Bringing Galinha Pintadinha to the cinema is a very special milestone for us. It is a way to celebrate these 20 years alongside the families who have followed this journey from the very beginning and also to introduce this adventure to a new generation.”

- Juliano Prado

Marcos Luporini also emphasizes that cinema opens a new chapter for the character, preserving the essence that shaped the childhoods of so many families and seeking to bring children and adults together in front of the big screen.
