Winged Portent, Instant, designed by Nicholas Gregory first released in Nov, 2021 in the set Innistrad: Crimson Vow and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
A deck focusing on creatures with flying, such as a blue-white or blue-green flying tribal deck, would benefit from including Winged Portent. However, a better alternative might be Coastal Breach, which allows you to return all nonland permanents to their owners' hands for a similar mana cost. While Winged Portent could see play in a specific flying-themed deck, its usefulness may be limited compared to other options available in the Magic: the Gathering card pool.
