Wei Strike Force, Creature — human soldier, designed by Tang Xiaogu first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Wei Strike Force would fit well in a deck focused on evasive strategies, particularly in a format where horsemanship is relevant, such as in certain casual or themed environments. Decks that utilize a lot of aggressive creatures with evasion can benefit from its ability to bypass blockers, allowing for consistent damage. However, there are arguably better options for evasion in more competitive formats, such as Stormwing Entity or Invisible Stalker, which offer additional benefits like flying or card draw. While Wei Strike Force can be fun in casual play, its overall effectiveness may be limited in more competitive settings, where faster or more versatile threats are preferred.

Despite the similarities between horsemanship and flying, horsemanship doesn’t interact with flying or reach.
