A deck that focuses on controlling the board and eliminating key threats would benefit from including Vial of Poison, especially in a deck with creatures that can benefit from deathtouch. However, there are better options available, such as equipment or creatures with built-in deathtouch, like Basilisk Collar or Wasteland Viper, which provide more consistent and reusable ways to grant deathtouch. Vial of Poison could see situational play in a deck looking for additional deathtouch effects, but it may not be a top choice in most competitive decks.
