Unravel the Aether, Instant, designed by Jung Park first released in May, 2020 in the set Born of the Gods and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on disrupting opponents' artifacts or enchantments, particularly in decks with limited access to removal spells, would benefit from Unravel the Aether. However, a better alternative could be cards like Naturalize or Reclamation Sage, which not only remove the artifact or enchantment but also provide additional value with their abilities. While Unravel the Aether can be situationally useful, it may be overshadowed by more versatile removal options in most deck strategies.

If the artifact or enchantment is an illegal target as Unravel the Aether tries to resolve, it won’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. No library will be shuffled.
