The Tormented Hero card would benefit a black aggro or heroic deck looking to apply pressure and drain opponents' life totals. However, there are stronger options available, such as Gutterbones or Dread Wanderer, which offer more consistent value and resilience. While Tormented Hero could be a fun inclusion in a casual deck, it may not see competitive play due to its limitations compared to other cards in the format.
