About Savage Gorilla

Savage Gorilla, Creature — ape, designed by Dave Dorman first released in Jun, 2001 in the set Apocalypse.

This card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's board by reducing the power and toughness of key creatures while also drawing cards for card advantage. However, there are better options available like Murder or Fatal Push for creature removal in black, or Lightning Bolt in red for a more efficient removal spell. While Savage Gorilla may have its niche uses, it may not see widespread play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its higher mana cost and limited impact compared to other removal options.
