A deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and playing high-cost permanents would benefit most from Rush of Knowledge, as it allows for a potentially large card draw payoff. However, there are better cards for card draw in Magic: the Gathering, such as Blue Sun's Zenith or Rhystic Study, which provide more consistent card advantage. While Rush of Knowledge could see play in specific strategies, it may not be the optimal choice for most decks due to its situational nature and high mana cost.
