Riding the Dilu Horse, Sorcery, designed by Hong Yan first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be beneficial in a green-based aggro deck that focuses on quickly buffing creatures and getting in for damage. While Dilu Horse can provide a significant power boost and evasion with horsemanship, there are likely better options available in terms of efficiency and overall impact on the game. Cards like Rancor or Aspect of Hydra might offer more consistent and versatile effects for a similar mana cost, making Dilu Horse less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
