Olivia, Mobilized for War would be a strong addition to a deck focused on creature spam and aggression, such as a Vampire tribal deck in a Rakdos color identity. The ability to pump up creatures, give them haste, and turn them into Vampires can create explosive turns and overwhelming board presence. However, there are potentially better cards for similar strategies, such as Captivating Vampire or Edgar Markov, which offer more consistent and powerful effects. Olivia could still see play in more casual or thematic decks, but competitive decks may opt for more impactful options.
