A dinosaur tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering would benefit from including Majestic Heliopterus as it provides a powerful flying ability to boost the offensive capabilities of other dinosaurs. While there may be better cards with similar effects, such as Kinjalli's Sunwing which grants all dinosaurs flying and also has the added benefit of slowing down opponents, Majestic Heliopterus can still be a strong inclusion in the right deck, especially if the flying ability is crucial to the strategy.
