About Loyal Subordinate

Loyal Subordinate, Creature — zombie, designed by Tomasz Jedruszek first released in Nov, 2016 in the set Treasure Chest and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.

This card, Loyal Subordinate, would be a great addition to a Commander deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and benefits from draining opponents' life. Decks that revolve around sacrificing creatures, generating tokens, or utilizing graveyard synergies could make good use of this card's abilities. While Loyal Subordinate is a solid choice, there may be better options depending on the specific theme and strategy of the deck. Cards like Kokusho, the Evening Star or Gray Merchant of Asphodel could provide more impactful life drain effects in Commander games, but Loyal Subordinate could still see play in decks looking for additional ways to pressure opponents and drain their life totals.
