Invasion Plans, Enchantment, designed by Pete Venters first released in Mar, 1998 in the set Stronghold and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Invasion Plans, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on overwhelming the opponent with a wide board of creatures, as it forces all creatures to block each combat, giving you control over how they block. However, a better alternative might be Bedlam, which also costs 2R but grants all creatures the ability to attack each turn if able, providing more aggressive potential. While Invasion Plans could see play in specific strategies that benefit from controlling combat situations, it may not be as versatile or impactful as other options available in the format.
