This card would be beneficial in a deck focused on Eldrazi tribal synergies, as it can generate Eldrazi Spawn tokens and grow stronger as your other Eldrazi creatures die. However, due to its slow setup and vulnerability to removal, there are likely better options for competitive play, such as more efficient Eldrazi threats like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or Kozilek, the Great Distortion.
