A deck focused on Shrine cards would benefit from using Honden of Infinite Rage, as it can deal increasing amounts of damage each turn based on the number of Shrines you control. While there may be more powerful cards available for direct damage in red decks, Honden of Infinite Rage could still see play in a Shrine-themed deck for its unique synergy and potential to quickly escalate its damage output as more Shrines are added to the board.
