Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons would be a great addition to a Golgari-themed deck focusing on -1/-1 counter synergies and token generation. This card can create a powerful engine by consistently generating Snake tokens with deathtouch while weakening opponent's creatures. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Hapatra's ability to create tokens and disrupt the opponent's board makes her a strong choice for decks looking to control the battlefield and generate value. She should definitely see play in decks that can take advantage of her unique abilities.
