This card, Feral Abomination, could be beneficial in a deck focused on controlling the board by eliminating threats efficiently with its deathtouch ability. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering play, there are likely better options available for a 5-mana cost creature with deathtouch, such as Reaper of the Wilds or Nighthowler, which offer additional abilities or synergies. Feral Abomination may not see much play in high-level decks, but could still be a fun inclusion in casual or themed decks for its unique thrull creature type and deathtouch ability.
