Fabled Lurrie would be most beneficial in a deck centered around discarding cards as a cost or part of its strategy, such as a Dark World or Lightsworn deck. While its ability to Special Summon itself from the Graveyard is handy, there are better options for similar effects, such as Glow-Up Bulb.
