Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch, Legendary creature — human cleric, designed by Aleksi Briclot first released in May, 2013 in the set Dragon's Maze.
Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch would greatly benefit a Rakdos Aggro deck looking to apply early pressure with fast, aggressive creatures. Her combination of first strike, haste, and the ability to grant haste to other creatures with +1/+1 counters makes her a strong choice for a deck focused on quick, efficient attacks. While there may be other powerful options available, such as Judith, the Scourge Diva for additional synergy with sacrifice effects, Exava's abilities make her a solid inclusion in decks aiming for a fast-paced, aggressive strategy.

A creature with unleash can’t block if it has any +1/+1 counter on it, not just one put on it by the unleash ability.

You make the choice to have the creature with unleash enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter or not as it’s entering the battlefield. At that point, it’s too late for a player to respond to the creature spell by trying to counter it, for example.
