About Coercion

Coercion, Sorcery, designed by DiTerlizzi first released in May, 2020 in the set Visions and was printed exactly in 12 different ways.

A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and resources would benefit from including Coercion in its strategy, especially in a control or discard-heavy deck. While Coercion can be effective in certain situations, there are generally better options available, such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate and versatile hand disruption. Coercion may see play in budget decks or as a supplementary card in specific matchups, but it is not a top-tier choice in most competitive decks.
