Burst of Speed, Sorcery, designed by Zoltan Boros & Gabor Szikszai first released in Jul, 2009 in the set Magic 2010.
A red aggro deck would benefit from using Burst of Speed as it allows creatures to immediately attack and potentially deal damage before the opponent can set up defenses. However, there are better cards like Fervor or Hammer of Purphoros that provide a more permanent haste effect and additional benefits, making Burst of Speed less optimal for competitive play.

Burst of Speed affects only creatures you control at the time it resolves. It won’t affect creatures that come under your control later in the turn.
