About Atmosphere Surgeon

Atmosphere Surgeon, Creature — phyrexian wizard, designed by Campbell White first released in Jan, 2023 in the set Phyrexia: All Will Be One.

This card would benefit a control deck that focuses on casting a high number of noncreature spells, as it can provide additional evasion for key creatures. However, there are better options available such as Delver of Secrets which offers a more consistent and immediate flying ability without the need for counters. Atmosphere Surgeon may not see widespread play due to its slower activation requirement and potential vulnerability to removal, but could still find a niche in certain spell-heavy strategies.
