De Great Henge is een krachtige kaart die enorm ten goede zou komen aan decks die zich richten op het opvoeren en spelen van krachtige wezens, zoals Green Stompy- of Midrange-decks. Hoewel het aanzienlijke waarde biedt met zijn kostenbesparing en levenswinst, zijn er andere kaarten zoals Gaea's Cradle of Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx die in bepaalde situaties een directere impact kunnen hebben. Het vermogen van The Great Henge om kaarten te trekken en je wezens te laten groeien, maakt het echter een sterke kanshebber voor opname in kaartspellen die in de loop van de tijd steeds meer voordeel willen behalen, en het zou zeker in het juiste kaartspel moeten worden gespeeld.
