This card, Strength of Cedars, would benefit a green ramp deck that focuses on quickly ramping up its land count to make the most of the card's effect. However, a more versatile and powerful alternative could be Giant Growth, which provides a static +3/+3 boost for just one green mana. While Strength of Cedars could see situational play in specific land-heavy decks, overall, there are more efficient options available for boosting creatures in Magic: The Gathering.
