Naald torenspitsen, Land, designed by Jonas De Ro first released in Jan, 2016 in the set Oath of the Gatewatch Promos and was printed exactly in 10 different ways.
Een kaartspel dat zich richt op agressieve strategieën en rood/witte kleurencombinaties, zoals Boros Aggro of Mardu Midrange, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Needle Spires, omdat het zowel mana-fixing biedt als een potentiële dreiging in de vorm van een double strike-wezen. Hoewel er misschien betere landopties zijn voor meer competitieve decks, kan Needle Spires nog steeds spelen in casual of budgetdecks, op zoek naar wat veelzijdigheid en verrassingsfactor aan hun manabasis.

A land that becomes a creature may be affected by “summoning sickness.” You can’t attack with it or use any of its abilities (including its mana abilities) unless it began your most recent turn on the battlefield under your control. Note that summoning sickness cares about when that permanent came under your control, not when it became a creature nor when it entered the battlefield.

When a land becomes a creature, that doesn’t count as having a creature enter the battlefield. The permanent was already on the battlefield; it only changed its types. Abilities that trigger whenever a creature enters the battlefield won’t trigger.
