Hero of Iroas is een waardevolle toevoeging aan een op betovering gebaseerd kaartspel in Magic: The Gathering, vooral een kaartspel gericht op Aura-spreuken. Het zorgt voor kostenreductie voor Aura's en groeit in macht met zijn heroïsche vaardigheden. Hoewel er misschien krachtigere kaarten zijn zoals Kor Spiritdancer of Sram, Senior Edificer voor Aura-synergiedecks, kan Hero of Iroas nog steeds een plaats vinden in de juiste strategie met zijn kostenbesparende voordelen en heroïsche triggers.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
