This card, Eyeblight's Ending, would be beneficial in an Elf tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides targeted removal for non-Elf creatures which can be a weakness for tribal strategies. While it is a decent option, there are potentially better cards like Abrupt Decay or Assassin's Trophy that offer more flexibility in terms of targets. However, Eyeblight's Ending could still see play in specific metas where non-Elf creatures are prevalent and the mana cost fits well within the deck's curve.
