A deck focused on midrange or control strategies in Magic: the Gathering could benefit from including High-Rise Sawjack, as it provides a solid blocker with Reach that can also become a potent attacker when facing flying creatures. However, there are likely better options available, such as Thorn Mammoth, which offers a similar blocking ability with the added bonus of being able to destroy the creature it blocks. While High-Rise Sawjack has its niche uses, it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play unless the deck specifically requires its unique abilities.
