Jack Henry Quaid (born April 24, 1992) is an American actor whose career has moved between franchise films, television satire, and animation. He is the son of actors Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan. Quaid made his feature-film debut as Marvel in The Hunger Games (2012), playing a tribute from District 1 who joins the Career pack pursuing Katniss Everdeen. His character is killed after Katniss drops a tracker-jacker nest on the group and he is attacked by the genetically engineered insects.

He later appeared in the independent film Plus One (2019), opposite Maya Erskine, as Ben King, a wedding guest who asks his college friend Alice to be his season-long plus-one. The romantic comedy follows their arrangement across multiple weddings and its eventual complications. In Steven Soderbergh's Logan Lucky (2017), Quaid played Fish Bang, one of the brothers involved in the heist at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Quaid is particularly identified with Hughie Campbell in Amazon Prime Video's The Boys, adapted from the comic series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Hughie becomes involved with Billy Butcher's vigilante group after A-Train, a speedster employed by Vought, runs through and kills Hughie's girlfriend Robin. Across the series, Hughie confronts Vought International and its celebrity superhero team, the Seven, including its unstable leader Homelander. Quaid has played the role since the show premiered in 2019.

In animation, he voices Ensign Brad Boimler in Star Trek: Lower Decks, which debuted in 2020. Boimler serves aboard the USS Cerritos and is initially an ambitious, rule-conscious junior officer whose temperament contrasts with fellow ensign Beckett Mariner. Quaid also voiced the title character in the animated series My Adventures with Superman, beginning in 2023; this version of Clark Kent works at the Daily Planet alongside Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen while developing his Superman identity.

His other screen credits include the horror sequel Scream (2022), in which he played Richie Kirsch, Sam Carpenter's boyfriend. The film reveals Richie and Amber Freeman as the Ghostface killers, staging attacks tied to resentment over the fictional Stab franchise. Quaid returned through archival footage in Scream VI (2023). He also appeared as physicist Richard Feynman in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer (2023).

In 2025, he starred as Josh in Companion, a science-fiction thriller directed by Drew Hancock. The story follows Iris, played by Sophie Thatcher, whose weekend trip becomes dangerous after she discovers she is an artificially created robotic companion designed to love Josh.
