Born Destiny Hope Cyrus in Franklin, Tennessee, in 1992, she played Miley Stewart, a teenager secretly living as the superstar Hannah Montana. The series made her a household name and produced soundtracks that topped charts. Cyrus deliberately changed direction after Hannah Montana ended in 2011.
