Un mazzo incentrato sulle creature tribali dei Ratti beneficerebbe dall'inclusione dei Ratti Pestilenza, poiché può rapidamente diventare una minaccia potente quando ci sono molti altri Ratti sul campo di battaglia. Tuttavia, ci sono potenzialmente opzioni migliori come il Ratto del Branco, che può creare i propri segnalini Ratto e crescere in potenza senza dover fare affidamento su altre creature. Se i Ratti Pestilenza dovrebbero essere giocati dipende dalla strategia specifica e dalla sinergia del mazzo tribale dei Ratti, poiché può essere un'aggiunta forte nel contesto giusto.
