Arbitre léonin, Créature : chat et clerc, conçu par Shelly Wan sorti pour la première fois en Oct, 2010 dans l'édition Scars of Mirrodin et a été imprimé exactement dans 5 formes différentes.

Un deck qui vise à perturber les stratégies de recherche des adversaires, comme ceux qui s'appuient fortement sur un tutorat pour des cartes spécifiques ou des pièces de combo, bénéficierait de l'inclusion de Leonin Arbiter. Cependant, d'autres cartes comme Aven Mindcensor peuvent offrir des effets similaires avec une utilité supplémentaire, ce qui en fait potentiellement un meilleur choix en fonction de la stratégie globale du deck.
