Chimil, le Soleil Intérieur serait un excellent ajout à un deck de contrôle dans Magic : the Gathering, car il offre une protection contre les contresorts et génère un avantage de carte en vous permettant de lancer ou de mettre des cartes dans votre main gratuitement à la fin de votre tour. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une carte puissante, il existe d'autres options comme Teferi, Time Raveler ou Narset, Parter of Veils qui peuvent offrir un impact et une utilité plus immédiats, mais Chimil pourrait toujours être utilisée dans certaines stratégies qui bénéficient de ses capacités uniques.
