Esta carta sería una valiosa adición a mazos tribales que se centran en un tipo de criatura específico, como Elfos, trasgos o folkloricos, permitiendo a los jugadores lanzar hechizos de criaturas del tipo elegido directamente desde la parte superior de su biblioteca. Mientras que Realmwalker ofrece una utilidad única y ventaja de cartas, su efectividad puede variar dependiendo de la estrategia tribal específica que se esté utilizando. Otras cartas como Collected Company o Aether Vial pueden ofrecer beneficios similares en ciertas situaciones, pero Realmwalker aún podría encontrar un lugar en mazos que buscan maximizar sinergias tribales y selección de cartas.

If an effect causes a creature with changeling to lose all abilities, it will remain all creature types, even though it will no longer have changeling. This is because changeling applies before the effect that removes it.

Realmwalker doesn’t change when you can cast creature spells. Normally, this means during your main phase when the stack is empty, although flash may change this.

The subtype Shapeshifter that appears on the type line is mostly there to reinforce the flavor. A creature card with changeling is just as much an Elf, a Dwarf, a Sliver, a Goat, a Coward, and a Zombie as it is a Shapeshifter.
