Burócratas fastidiosos, Criatura — consejero humano, diseñada por Kev Walker lanzado por primera vez en Feb, 2006 en edición Guildpact.

Esta carta sería beneficiosa en un mazo de control o estilo prisión que tiene como objetivo bloquear las criaturas del oponente y controlar el campo de batalla. Aunque los Burócratas Zumbadores pueden ser efectivos en ciertas situaciones, hay cartas potencialmente mejores como Prisión Fantasmal o Esfera de Seguridad que proporcionan un efecto más consistente y poderoso en la prevención de ataques. En última instancia, la decisión de incluir Burócratas Zumbadores en un mazo dependería de la estrategia específica y la sinergia dentro del mazo, pero es posible que no se vea un juego generalizado en formatos competitivos de Magic: The Gathering.

Creature lands and most token creatures have converted mana cost 0. If a creature on the battlefield has in its mana cost, treat X as 0.

Droning Bureaucrats’s ability affects all creatures with converted mana cost equal to exactly X, regardless of whether they were on the battlefield at the time the ability resolved. For example, if the ability resolves with an X of 4, then Giant Solifuge is put onto the battlefield, the Solifuge can’t attack or block that turn.
