Experto en venardiente, Criatura — monje efrit, diseñada por Raymond Swanland lanzado por primera vez en Sep, 2014 en edición Khans of Tarkir y fue impreso exactamente en 3 diferentes formas.

El Bloodfire Expert sería una gran adición a un mazo rojo agresivo que se enfoca en lanzar muchos hechizos que no son de criatura para activar su habilidad de destreza y potenciarla. Si bien es una carta sólida para tal estrategia, existen opciones potencialmente mejores como Monasterio Swiftspear o Soul-Scar Mage que ofrecen más versatilidad e impacto en el metajuego actual, por lo que Bloodfire Expert puede no tener tanto juego en mazos competitivos.

Any spell you cast that doesn’t have the type creature will cause prowess to trigger. If a spell has multiple types, and one of those types is creature (such as an artifact creature), casting it won’t cause prowess to trigger. Playing a land also won’t cause prowess to trigger.

Once it triggers, prowess isn’t connected to the spell that caused it to trigger. If that spell is countered, prowess will still resolve.
