Un mazo centrado en reanimar criaturas del cementerio, como un mazo reanimador Negro en Magic: the Gathering, se beneficiaría al usar Dance of the Dead, ya que proporciona una forma de devolver una criatura con un impulso de poder y una forma de control sobre su desenterrar. Aunque Dance of the Dead tiene sus ventajas, algunos podrían argumentar que cartas como Animate Dead o Necromancy podrían ser mejores opciones debido a su menor costo de maná y beneficios adicionales. En última instancia, si Dance of the Dead debería verse en juego dependería de la estrategia específica y las sinergias del mazo para el que se está considerando.

Once the creature is returned to the battlefield, Dance of the Dead can’t be attached to anything other than it (unless Dance of the Dead somehow manages to put a different creature onto the battlefield). Attempting to move Dance of the Dead to another creature won’t work.

If more than one Dance of the Dead ends up on a creature, each contributes a +1/+1. But you only have to pay the untap cost once. You may pay for each one, however, and untap the card more than once during upkeep.
