Sobre Infernal de la caldera

Infernal de la caldera, Criatura — infernal, diseñada por Raymond Swanland lanzado por primera vez en Oct, 2008 en edición Shards of Alara.

Una baraja enfocada en estrategias agresivas y sacrificio de criaturas se beneficiaría al usar Caldera Hellion, ya que puede crecer rápidamente en poder con su habilidad de Devorar y limpiar el tablero de criaturas más pequeñas al entrar al campo de batalla. Aunque Caldera Hellion tiene sus fortalezas, otras cartas como Inferno Titan o Thundermaw Hellkite pueden ofrecer más versatilidad e impacto en ciertas situaciones, por lo que su inclusión en una baraja dependería de la estrategia específica y las sinergias involucradas.

Caldera Hellion will deal 3 damage to itself (as well as to each other creature) when its enters-the-battlefield ability resolves. This damage will be lethal if Caldera Hellion hasn’t devoured any creatures and its toughness hasn’t been increased by any other means.

You may choose not to sacrifice any creatures for the Devour ability.

You may sacrifice only creatures that are already on the battlefield. If a creature with devour and another creature are entering the battlefield under your control at the same time, the creature with devour can’t devour that other creature. The creature with devour also can’t devour itself.
