Este Snowhorn Rider sería beneficioso en un mazo de rango medio Temur (Verde, Azul, Rojo) debido a su habilidad de trample y mecánica de morph, lo que permite versatilidad en situaciones de combate. Aunque puede ser una inclusión decente en dicho mazo, hay opciones potencialmente mejores disponibles como Savage Knuckleblade o Surrak Dragonclaw que ofrecen habilidades y estadísticas más impactantes por un costo de maná similar, lo que hace que Snowhorn Rider sea menos probable que se juegue en entornos competitivos.
