Trapped in the Tower, Enchantment — aura, designed by Howard Lyon first released in Sep, 2019 in the set Throne of Eldraine.
This card, Trapped in the Tower, would benefit a control or prison-style deck that aims to lock down the opponent's key creatures. While it can be effective at neutralizing a threat, there are arguably better removal spells available for the same mana cost or slightly more, such as Pacifism or Arrest, which completely shut down the enchanted creature without the restriction of blocking or activating abilities. Trapped in the Tower could see situational play in draft formats or budget decks, but its limitations may prevent it from being a top choice in competitive constructed formats.

If the enchanted creature gains flying, Trapped in the Tower is put into your graveyard as a state-based action. The creature won’t get stuck in the tower again when it loses flying.
