Test of Endurance, Enchantment, designed by Mike Ploog first released in May, 2020 in the set Judgment and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on gaining and maintaining a high life total, such as a control or lifegain deck, would benefit from using Test of Endurance. However, in competitive play, Test of Endurance may not be the most efficient win condition due to its high mana cost and the requirement of having 50 or more life. Cards like Felidar Sovereign or Aetherflux Reservoir may be better alternatives for achieving victory through life total manipulation. Overall, Test of Endurance could see play in casual or themed decks that enjoy a slower, more strategic approach to winning the game.
