Seascape Aerialist, Creature — merfolk wizard ally, designed by Andrew Robinson first released in Oct, 2009 in the set Zendikar.
Seascape Aerialist would fit well in a Blue-based Ally deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing valuable evasion with flying and triggering beneficial effects when other Allies enter the battlefield. While there may be more powerful Ally cards available, Seascape Aerialist's ability to grant flying to all Ally creatures can be particularly useful for closing out games or evading ground-based threats. Overall, Seascape Aerialist could see play in a deck focused on Ally synergies and flying strategies.
