Runes of the Deus, Enchantment — aura, designed by Warren Mahy first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadowmoor.
A deck that focuses on aggressive red and green creatures, such as Gruul Aggro in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from including Runes of the Deus as it enhances the creatures' power and abilities. While Runes of the Deus can be a strong inclusion in such a deck, there are potentially better options like Rancor which provides trample and a power boost for just one mana, making it more efficient in certain situations. However, Runes of the Deus could still see play in specific decks looking to maximize the power and abilities of their red and green creatures.
