Riot Ringleader would be a great addition to a red aggressive deck that focuses on Human tribal synergies, benefiting from the +1/+0 boost to Human creatures when it attacks. However, there are potentially better cards like Hero of Oxid Ridge or Hanweir Garrison that offer more impactful abilities for a similar cost, making Riot Ringleader less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
